The R900R was introduced in 1994 and was then built until 1999. Suzuki's internal term is GT73A. In Germany the term is GT73B. Some GT73C (Switzerland) and GT73E are known too (seen in Japan and Netherlands). Serial numbers in detail, especially for GT73B:
