Pyrography
Work has purchased a pyrography machine for the production of pyrographied interpretation signs, etc.
I had to have a go!
As it's Christmas I had a small wooden box, containing a necklace for a friend, that needed some decorating. She likes cats so I chose a famous cat to put on the box.
I'm quite pleased with it, it's not bad for a second attempt (I had a trial run first). The wood isn't the best, because as it was pine then you kept hitting rings of resin that boiled not burned! Still it came out all right in the end.

The story of the Portsmouth mob who set uppon a building because there was a brass plaque outside with "pediatrician" on it. They thought they were ousting a "Pedo"!Batmancaver wrote:Why????katanarama wrote:If the people of Portsmouth read the title to this thread they would send a Lynch mob out for you!
They would probably get mixed up with Pyrography too!
